I received a call to let me know they were on their way. They arrived on time very polite men. They found the problem quickly and walked me through the steps they were going to take to fix my problem. They fixed the problem cleaned up the area..within two hours that includes them going to get a part they were done. This was a big project for them to fix. I would recommend them to my friends and family. I would use them again..

Wonderful service. Although we had to reschedule several times because they were behind, they let me know in plenty of time. The tech, Russel, was super friendly and helpful. He walked around and listened to the issues we were having and offered several different options to fix at different price points. Sometimes companies get behind, but I still highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I have a brand new home in Indian Land and one day I flushed the toilet and it did not flush. We tried using a plunger but it did not work and soon found that water was leaking through to the bottom floor kitchen ceiling. We called Roto-Rooter in Rock Hill, SC and the service was EXCELLENT. The person who answered the phone was able to get a plumber to come to our home in 10 min!! The plumber who came to our home was Troy Smith. We have an older home with galvanized pipe. Long story short, we had a huge drain pipe leak (on a Saturday) in the kitchen. Really! It's December and Christmas is near and the problem and the expense associated with it is not welcome. The drain goes through the brick wall and down to crawl space to catch the drain. The plan was to not remove the existing galvanized pipe but cut it off and cap it then run a new line through the floor to catch the main, come up with a tee and vent off with a studer vent. I have had this Roto Rooter service my house on 3 separate occasions and have been extremely pleased each time. Troy did a fantastic job yesterday of assessing the drain pipe problem and presenting alternatives to me. Although the pricing is somewhat high, you definitely get what you pay for. I would rather know the job is done correct with a warranty. I can call this company anytime 24/7 and they will perform warranty work if need be.

My husband and I have, unfortunately, had several plumbing issues over the years in two different houses, usually due to faulty pipes. Roto Rooter was recommended to us a few years ago and we have had nothing but excellent service every time we have used them. We can only hope that we don't have anymore issues, but if we do we will always use Roto Rooter!

I had a main line backup at 11:00pm on a Saturday night. Water was backing up everywhere possible and this wasn't good. I'm so thankful that Roto-Rooter saved the day. The plumber arrived shortly after my call. He was very professional, and he knew exactly what to do. Thanks for being available after hours.
