Professional & Courteous – Roto Rooter came out to replace my main sewer line & place clean out valves outside after water backed up in my basement due to large roots in the old sewer line. They took two days total. They were professional & courteous. They cut down some small trees that were in the way which they bundled and placed out by the curb at the end of the project. Great Service – I just had Roto-Rooter of Topeka come ot the house and fix a clog. Steven Van Der Linkin was great and helped me out and was knowledgable. He fixed the problem and then went the extra effort and made sure that every drain workded before leaving.

Friday service call – On Friday February 17 2012 we had a line in our septic system clogged I called Roto Rooter and they scheduled somebody that same day. Stephen called to let me know when he would be there and got more details to know what equipment he needed. He arrived and stayed until it was completely cleared, all on a Friday evening. I would recommend their services to others.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers – We were having problems with our sewer backing up in the house. We had called several plumbers in Topeka, and Roto-Rooter was the only one who could come out right away. Tim was very friendly and knowledgable. He did what he could that night. He came back the next morning and worked until he accomplished the job. We will need a new sewer system, and you can BET Roto-Rooter will the company to replace it!! Thank you Roto-Rooter!!!

Quick and Effecient – My sewer and drain was backed up so we decided to call Roto-Rooter near Topeka. Tim was at our house in less than an hour, diagnosed the problem, fixed and cleaned our drain in a matter of minutes. Tim also explained to us why our sewer backed up by using a camera down in the drain. I could see first hand what the problem was. Roto Rooter Plumbers on 4/10/10 I called Roto-Rooter over the weekend because I had a toilet in my house that wouldn't work. An hour after I called, they were here and solved the problem within 10 minutes! I was worried because it was the weekend and the problem was in the only bathroom in my apartment, but they were able to show up quickly and get the job done. The serviceman was polite and their prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anybody!

Roto-Rooter 03-18-2010 – I called to get a basement drain cleared. Tim arrived in less than 45 minutes. He quickly and efficiently cleaned the drain, tested it with my washer, cleaned up and put everything back better than he found it. Total time less than 2 hours from phone call to finished project. Roto-Rooter Service Call – On Sunday evening, we had a major water problem in the unfinished portion of our basement. We contacted Roto-Rooter and a technician was at our house within the hour. A very nice young man cleared the blockage to stop the back-up and brought in a larger shop vacuum for us to use to remove the water while he decided what needed to be done.
