We had a major plumbing issue(sewage all over floor and in shower) after hours. Tried to call our home warranty people and they (as always) gave us the run around. Called local plumbers but no one called back. Called Roto Rooter and had fast and friendly service from the start. Our plumber Tim H in Topeka, has been with RotoRooter for 6 years. HE WAS AWESOME! My husband and I called Roto-Rooter to clear the "main line" as recommend by a home inspection company (prior to selling our home). When we called they were helpful and informed us that they had 7 technicians working and they would be able to come out that day. Kevin was our technician and he explained our opinions and was able to complete the work immediately. We were very happy with the customer service and the quality of the work. On June 14, 2014, Tom from 4824 Southwest Topeka Blvd., Topeka, KS, came out to unclog the drain to our washing machine. He was timely, performed his work quickly, and fixed the problem. I was very happy with his service. Rob Seitz

The plumber came out to see what was wrong. It was a sewer pipe broken where the tub drain enters it so he couldn't even sleeve it till morning. First thing in the morning he came out will all the parts he needed, and fixed it right away. He did a great job, fast and was very courteous. He made sure we understood what had happened and what he had done. We sure appreciate his understanding to our problems with it.Thank you Roto-Rooter!

We had several plumbing issues in our home that we had put off for far too long. The breaking point was a no stop shower head leak. We called Roto-Rooter that evening and they came out the next day to give us an estimate. The plumbers were friendly, fast & they cleaned up after they were done. I am so happy with all of the work they did.

We are in Topeka, Kansas, and we had found out, at about 9 o'clock at night, that our main outgoing water pipe was clogged. This was a nightmare simply because our basement would flood with our waste water. Not only did Roto Rooter make it to us within the hour; Steven was very professional and kind. He allowed me to follow him around and he took the time to show me what he was doing. Had a main drian from the house out to the street line. Set up an appiontment on line with Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services at about 8pm for an 11am appiontment the next day. The tech arrived right on time. Was very friendly and reviewed and listened to me discribe the problem. When he went to work on it he was even very concerned about bring his equipment through the front door (not wanting to make a mess).
