We are in Topeka, Kansas, and we had found out, at about 9 o'clock at night, that our main outgoing water pipe was clogged. This was a nightmare simply because our basement would flood with our waste water. Not only did Roto Rooter make it to us within the hour; Steven was very professional and kind. He allowed me to follow him around and he took the time to show me what he was doing. Had a main drian from the house out to the street line. Set up an appiontment on line with Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services at about 8pm for an 11am appiontment the next day. The tech arrived right on time. Was very friendly and reviewed and listened to me discribe the problem. When he went to work on it he was even very concerned about bring his equipment through the front door (not wanting to make a mess). Fast service, came earlier than expected, very professional, cleaned up after work was done. Discussed possible other work which I needed to be done. Am looking at other services from Roto-Rooter. Will recommend their services. Am very happy with them.

I used Roto Rooter to fix my sewer backing up. The gentlemen that came out was very informative and nice. He explained why I was having the issue and what could be done to fix it. He really cared about the problem I was having. I would definately recommend them to anyone. I will be calling them in the future!

roto-rooter plumbers....We were pleased with the courteous, informative plumbers that helped us out of a water main break emergency. We had a crawl space full of water and the plumbers from Topeka gave us options to choose from prior to starting the work. They also contacted a water damage contractor who came that same day to start working. Thanks Roto-Rooter of Topeks plumbers!!!

They were able to free my drain over the weekend. The plumber put the camera down the main line revealing heavy root growth and recommended to me the options. Unfortunately my house allowed only the most expensive option that being a new mainline from the house to the city sewer. I'm happy with the service they provided, although expensive was needed.

They showed up on the early side of the time window and I loved that they didn't charge extra for nights or weekends. The plumber that came out was very informative and answered all my questions. This is the best experience we've had with a plumber in Topeka. They cleaned the roots out of the mainline from our house and got us an estimate the next day on what it would cost to put in a new one.
