I would recommend Roto-Rooter because they came out within an hour that I called. They were very knowledgeable on my situation. They were priced lower than the other local place that we called. Roto-Rooter did more extensive work than the other place and they went above and beyond their competitors. After clearing the clog the service guy put a camera down the line to show me that the line was cleared. I was very pleased with this company and also the service guy that came out. Gaylon 287 and his co-worker today were wonderful. They explained everything that had to do and were planning to do. They were respectful and I had no trouble understanding what they were talking about. They left things clean and organized as they found them. They were excellent!!
Completely took advantage of my mother. Crappy business practices almost $500 for 2 drains that took 20 minutes.
They were very prompt and professional when they arrived to my home. We had Gaylon as our technician took care of our issue without difficulty and told us that the work was guaranteed. Very happy and would not hesitate to use again.
