Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12-26-11 – The roto rooter plumber, Stephen, was terrific. We have a home in the Boston area that tends to have the main line blocked by tree roots. He came promptly, solved our problem, explained preventative measures and we are very pleased. The plumbing is working well now!

Quick Emergency Service – My Hot Water Heater broke in the middle of the night and I woke up to a floode basement. Roto-Rooter took my call and scheduled a tech right away for me. Mike was pleasant, efficient and thorough. Was back in operation by early afternoon.

Tough drain problem fixed in a flash! – Roto-Rooter's Mike Nicoll showed up and tackled a stubborn drain clog. Mike arrived within the time stated on the phone by a Roto-Rooter representative. The clog turned out to be at the furtest end of a long pipe, but that did not stop Mike. Thanks to him I finally, after many many years, have a kitchen sink drain that works the way it should. Thanks Mike!!

Great Service and Results – We called and the next day had an appointment for the same week....they were very accomodating and working around our schedules. Asked in advance what our issues were. Once John Diamantides arrived he was able to work thru issuses with our tub and washer machine which in turn cleared slow sinks drains too. He was very informative and snaked out to the main line. Good plumber in Boston area – Roto-Rooter plumber showed up on schedule in the Boston area and within an hour of placing the appointment. Did not charge extra for a night appointment, or for an emergency call. The plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price, however, was disappointing. I printed out a $40 coupon off their website for any service and that helped, but it was still very expensive. However, they did an excellent job getting the clog out and we haven't had a problem since.

IRRESPONSIBLE TECHNICIAN – unplugged the drain, cracked the 2 year old sink and denied it, still trying to figure out how a cracked sink would hold the water that was sitting in the sink upon technician's arrival??? playing telephone tag with machines and lily tomlinesque receptionists is beyond frustrating!! Stay Away, deal with locals who anwer their own phones and take responsibility for their work..365$ for a drain, haven't gotten the replacement price for the sink, this aggravation..think national deficit x10

Highly reccommend – I had a clogged toilet, I called and they came out quickly. The tech Mr Nicoll qucikly fixed the clog and also fixed my toilet. It operates better then it did before the clog. I highly reccomend using them.
