Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I discovered a flood going on in our basement the night of 3/26/15. We had a contractor come out the next morning and determined the water was coming up from the ground. I called Roto-Rooter the same day and within 2 hours Gary (777) and Dan (432) came out and assessed the situation. They spent the following hours installing a sum-pump. We used Roto-Rooter based at 87 Carando Drive in Springfield MA to clear out our clogged kitchen sink drain. Daniel Denya, our Service Technician, was very knowledgeable and gave us a helpful explanation about the work he needed to perform. He was meticulous and did a thorough job. He was professional and personable, and we were very pleased with his service. Hopefully, we won't need Roto-Rooter anytime soon, but if we did, we will definitely give them a call. Had a major drain clog in kithen sink drain pipe , tried everything for hours -snaked twice, drano ,plunged , could not get resolved. Called Roto Rooter Springfiield MA - the tech Damian tech#639 was great , had problen fixed in one hour, he was courteous and knowledgeable- great experience with these guys.

I was very pleased with their service yesterday . Their drain/plumber specialist Jason , did a great job unclogging that sewer pipe and cleaning up after. I was going to rent a roto-rooter machine and try to unclog it myself. That would have been a disaster , That man earned his pay yesterday. I'd call them anytime . Thanks again

Zero hour. New Year's Day. Guests coming over in two hours to eat brunch at our house. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of throwing too much food down the garbage disposal with not enough water. After trying to get passed the blockage in the drain with a drain auger without luck; we called Roto-Rooter. Dispatch sent over John Diamantides, a plumber from the Stoughton Roto-Rooter office. Bill & Judy Martin Our experience with Roto-Rooter was exceptional. We had a major problem with our washing machine flooding. My wife placed a call and within a couple of hours, Roto-Rooter arrive d. The problem stemmed from our discharge pipe had a major buildup of junk which caused the outflow from the washing machine to backup and flood the kitchen floor. We had an excellent experience! Our problem happened late afternoon on a Saturday, we called after 7:00 at night and were offered service for the following day...Sunday. The technician was prompt (in fact, he arrived early with a courtesy call prior to be sure it was OK to come early) and he was very efficient. Stephen H. the service representative who came to unclog our drain out in the yard did an excellent job. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He made sure all of the drains in the house were running clear before he left, not just the ones that were clogged. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter and ask for Stephen again.
