Roto-Rooter Plumbers – I called Roto-Rooter, and they came out the within hours of my call. The technician, Mike, was on time, knowldegeable, friendly, really made the effort to identify and solve the problem, which he did solve, and made me feel comfortable about the job and his abilities. I live in Lowell, MA but I guess the main office is in Stoughton, MA at 175 Maple Street. I would refer Roto Rooter and especially "my" technician Mike to anyone!

wonderful service – I needed a plumber to fix an existing problem. I called Roto Rooter and spoke with a very kind woman. I made the appointment for the next morning. Tom came out early. He was respectful, kind and professional. He fixed the problem without hesitation. I had him look over the other bathroom for additional problems. He worked very hard and knew his job well. I would recommend Tom/Roto Rooter to anyone that needs a plumber. I am pleased and satisfied with the job that was done.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/31/12 – Saturday morning crisis, overflowing toilet. I call Roto-Rooter and they had a plumber at the house within 2 hours. Fixed and back to normal in another hour. Professional, courteous service; he expalined what he was going to do. I was called back after my initial call and given a exeact estimate of the ttech's arrival time. He showed up on the dot. When finished I was given a clear explaination of the problem and how it was resolved. I would highly recommend this service.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/11/12 – Living in theBoston area, I had a sewer leak in my basement over a weekend. Happily to my surprise, when I called the plumber there was no weekend fee for coming out to my house. I was eager to get the plumber over here to check out my situation. Upon arrival he gave me professional advice on how to handle the problem. Upon making a decision he immidiately got to work clearing my pipes. He quickly finished his work and left and I was back to normal. Thank you Roto-Rooter.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2/5/12 – Boston: We called the Roto-Rooter Plumber on Saturday and he came at 7:30 AM the following morning. We felt the price was high but we had been calling plumbers for months and no one would call us back because it was a small job. The plumber was nice and friendly and took less than an hour to do the job. It was overall a positive experience!

Polite and Reasonable Plumber in Boston Area – I'm very happy with the service I received and the price I paid. I called Roto-Rooter, along with half a dozen other Boston-area plumbers, on a Tuesday night about a clogged kitchen sink. Roto-Rooter was one of only two that answered the phone at night, while one other called me back that night but was not able to help. They agreed to come to my home on Wednesday morning. Very Good Service – The service call was made less than two hours after my initial call. The service technician explained clearly what the cost would be, what work was guaranteed, and what work would be done. I couldn't be more please with the promptness of the service. The cost was more than what I had expected but it was clearly explained ahead of time.

Friendly, helpful service-Steve Hughes – Roto rooter provided an good solution to a complex problem off hours on a weekend. The plumber, Steve, worked very hard to get to the bottom of our septic/plumbing blockage and stayed until the pumping company arrived. Many thanks.
