It wasn't even an emergency and Kyle was here in 30 minutes. He worked for over two hours on a clogged drain, having to bring several machines from his van and put them away. He even removed our bathroom door to avoid scratching it. He even told me about things he fixed on our toilet, since he had it removed. Great experience and best of all, the toilet works great!
The smell in our basement was something I NEVER want to smell AGAIN! Our technician, Virgil, was a TORNADO of fresh air! He was timely and efficient. He diagnosed our STINKER of a problem right away and got busy "clearing the air". He explained how to avoid this situation in the future and we gladly bought his drain cleaning problem. We felt the charge was reasonable and hope NOT to see him any too soon!
