Great technician - took care of the problem. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Hopefully I don't need him back but would use the service again.
Colin was great, he got my stove up and running in record time. He explained evething he was doing although I knew exactly what had to be done. He didnt try and add to the job. He was great. The cost was a little over the top for the job, but not his fault.
I called on Monday night and within and hour a guy came out to survey. The next morning at 11am Willie showed up and fixed to problem. Really professional and a kind person. You guys are great���������������� Thanks Again Willie ����������������������������
I submitted a request late on a Monday night and received such a quick response. Mark came the next day and replaced our sump pump - he did such a wonderful job! Not only did he replace it, but he ensured we were there to see it in action so we felt comfortable with his work.
We live in Aurora, CO. Our kitchen sink drain pipe was damaged and leaking water into our garage right under the kitchen. Bob Griffon was the technician we were fortuante enough to have come out. Bob was GREAT! courteous, professional, and knew right away how to solve a complicated problem, by abandoning the old leaky pipe, and building and then running a brand new one. My kitchen sink backed up and Roto-Rooter offered to come the same day. I was not available so they scheduled for the very next day. Virgil arrived at my home in Lafayette, CO promptly and explained the problem to me. Within a half hour it was fixed and I got an education on the proper use of the garbage disposal. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to my neighbors, plus there's a coupon on the website to help with the expense.
Our main sewer line backed up and rendered all the bathrooms unusable. Kyle showed up within an hour of our call promptly fixed the problem. Excellent service all around!
Today we called for plumbing service from Roto Rooter Commerce City address. Roto Rooter were prompt in answering and sending service to our home. Their Plumber Ryan Wyant was very helpful in letting us know what the direct cause was and informative on how Roto Rooter could resolve it . Incompletion of the repair, Ryan provided a number he could be contacted if the drain stopped working again and a 6 month warranty on his work. Thank you Ryan and Rooter for flushing our troubles away!
