Our main sewer line clogged on Christmas day. We called for a repair for 1:00 PM and asked for a 'repair window' between 4:00 and 6:00. The tech arrived shortly after 6:00 PM and was able to complete a difficult repair by 9:00 PM. Roto-Rooter will be our 'go to' company for sewer line service from now on.

They were great! Very professional, on time and did a good job of cleaning up all the water from a broken washer. I also liked how they kept you informed of what was going on. I would highly recommend them. Vinny was awesome.
The service was on the expensive side but it was needed and worked. However, I was promised a copy of the video of my drain within a week to ten days and I still haven't received it. The estimate to make additional repairs was also on the high side and I doubt I will have Roto Rooter do the work since other providers are less expensive.
Joe Shirey #1695 did a great job. I called on a Sunday night and they came within an hour of calling! Expensive but worth the great service and knowing it was done right. Joe was very thorough in his explanation and I feel comfortable knowing what was causing the problem. Thank you !
Allen was a great tech. Everything went very well. Service was great. Only problem is I read the online add and it says $95 drain cleaning. Nope! I was charged $320 for less than one hour of work. Very misleading.
The technician that came out was very professional and did a good job. My only complaint would be I could not get an estimate before hand and was a little upset about the price to clear a main line drain. Other wise the service was good.
Sean was fantastic! We had a leak above our basement ceiling. He was able to find the leak and fix it quickly. Very thorough answering all my questions! Thanks Sean!
