I called Roto router at 8 o’clock this morning the technician arrived I think my nine did the repair to a clogged drain in the basement double checked that the other flu pipes were awesome clear while he was there verify the repair was completed and gave me a treatment solution to clear the other pipes in the house very prompt and very courteous and very professional and highly recommended
Had a leak...tech was prompt...leak was fixed in a really good time....water was back on before bedtime....Thanks Kaleb for the excellent service and answering all my questions.
I called on a Saturday and I was sure it would be an extra expense and it was a flat rate like any business. Todd did a great job explaining everything to me and made sure I knew what other repairs I would need in the future also had people call to follow up!
Our field rep Dale was very informative and professional. We did not feel rushed and we were very well taken care of. The crew was timely and professional. We would definitely recommend Roto Rooter.
They were great and very quick! Arrived in timeframe they stated and explained everything that needed to be done. Also how to prevent issues in the future.
Brent showed up quickly to take care of the washer machine drain. He was very friendly, professional, and explained everything in layman's terms. If we ever have another plumbing problem we will specifically ask for Brent. Awesome service!!!!
Prompt and professional - everyone was prompt and professional - from the telephone coverage to the tech and water damage supervisor - to the clean-up crew.. Sewage overflow - yuck! Called them at 9PM and they were here quickly. Stayed til 1AM to get the drains cleared and had the clean-up crew at our door 8 hours later at 9AM. Explained what all the next steps were and helped establish our insurance claim. We hope to never have this problem again, but if so, we will call Roto-Rooter.
Was an emergency call, after hours...took great care in taking precautions not to mess up our newly laid off white carpet! Was finished in no time, minimal charges, and no evidence that they were ever here! Will definately call again if needed & recommend to anyone who needs these type of services!
