I noticed a water leak coming into my home from a city line. Within an hour of calling roto-rooter at 4:30 pm, they were at my house, starting a claim and repairs and worked to start drying out my house. I am impressed by their professionalism and quick work!
I called they said about a 2 hr window. Ron # 3726 was here with in a hr. And had my clog gone. Very professional and very nice. Highly recommend :)
I called at 10:30, they gave a two hour window starting from my call and was there by 11:15 ... clog was cleared before 1:00. Technician was very professional and humorous.
Had to have the line from the pit to the house replaced. Dealt with Chris Webster, Ron #248, and Matt #2111. Everyone was professional and great to work with. Ron does an outstanding job leveling out the yard once the job is complete.
Very pleasant. That;s how my experience with Todd Parks and his trainee Travis was. Called Roto-Rooter about a backed up sewer. They were able to come the same day (the tenant appreciated that). Todd ran his machine through the line twice, insuring as many roots as possible were removed. When they were done with that, they put a camera in and showed me the entire length of the sewer line. The Field Supervisor and all of the service techs from Rotor Rooter were great. They were prompt, professional and extremely courteous! We had a big and quite stressful sewer issue at our house, but the Roto Rooter guys definitely eased our worries and got the job done quickly, put our floors back together and even found a crack in some other plumbing and stayed to fix that! Thank you for your integrity!
Rob was great! He was very information and professional! We are young and new homeowners with little experience, so having someone explain everything was very appreciated!
The technicians are prompt and courteous. Save the day ASAP. When we had a flood of water about to come in the door of our professional office building. Then again when we had two air conditioner units dripping into a blocked drainage pipe. Now have them scheduled to clear underground downspout drains.
My technician was very capable and had great customer service etiquette. He quickly identified the issue and was able to solve the issue in a timely manner.
