Great Service! and a lifesaver in emergency situations! – I had an overall great experience with this company. We had flooding in both of our bathrooms that started late on a Wednesday night, we called early Thursday morning and a service technician was out to the house wihtin a couple of hours. Roto Rooter Plumbers 9/26/11 – The septic tank was overflowing. It was pumped only two months ago so we knew that there was a water drainage problem. After getting several estimates from different companies of $5000 - $11,000 to abate the problem, I called Roto Rooter. The service tech, (Nick). arrived within an hour, assessed the problem. They called to make us aware someone was in the area (Fort Myers) and gave a time frame of when they should arrive (which was correct).
