SAVED THE DAY! – Had the toilets back up and drains were not emptying. No suction. called rooter-rooter and as soon as they had a plumber free they sent him out.very curtious and friendly. found the problem, solved it and we were good to go. would recommend them in the future.
roto-rooter plumbers 1/252012 – 2:15 PM FOUND BADLY LEAKING VALVE IN BATHTUB CALLED ROTO-ROOTER. 3:00 PM PLUMBER [MICK] SHOWED UP, DIAGNOSED PROBLEM, BOTH WITH ACCESS AND VALVE PARTS NEEDED, LEFT TO FIND PARTS AND SPECIAL TOOLS NEEDED FOR ACCESS. 5:15PM RETURNED AND ADDRESSED PROBLEM. 6:20 PM LEAK FIXED TESTED AND AREA CLEANED TO OUR SATISFACTION. WHAT COULD BE BETTER??? .

Myers was great, he tried several options and even gave us what worse case scenerio would have been, but lucky for us, Option # 3 worked, the biggest problem was not finding the outside cleanout, but once the clog was cleared, he was able to determine were it was and even marked it for us and gave us an estimate to of cost if he were to add the pipe needed to make life easier if problem were to occur again, he even cleaned up the bathroom floor when he was done with the job and gav... read more
