Excellent job by Jessie & Pat. This was a large job taking 2 men 2 days to complete, replacing septic pipes under our slab & rerouting a drain. We've used these folks before, so when we wanted to be certain this job would be done right, we called them.

As snowbirds we returned to Cape Coral, Florida, after 2 showers and 2 loads of clothes water started coming onto the bathroom floors-- and it WAS Saturday!! Called RotoRooter and Jesse arrived in about 2 hours. Jesse did a great job of explaining what was wrong and how he could fix it. Which he did promptly and professionally. What a relief to find such a good company on a Saturday with no extra weekend charges. Thanks Jesse.

Our technician, Jesse, was great! He was courteous and went the extra mile to ensure the repair was complete to our satisfaction. While he was here, I had children napping. He was so quiet that they never woke up! Thank you for your professionalism and for coming to do the repair so quickly.

Jesse was a great technician, he was professional, to the point and fixed the problem! We had a backed up sewer line due to tree roots clogging the pipe, not an issue that is pleasant to have lingering. When I called in to the Roto Rooter main number they said a technician would be available in just a few hours, he ended showing up in just under 2 hours which was very impressive, a much speedier response time than I expected. I would certainly recommend Roto-Rooter Plumbing Service of Ft. Myers. Serviceman, Chris, came to my rescue today and installed a new hot water heater for me. Chris is very professional, courteous and extremely efficient and helpful. I called in the morning and Chris was at my house within the hour. He gave me a free estimate at no cost. I did not take the hot water heater offered by Roto-Rooter, but instead purchased my own from an outside source, who could not install it for me today. I would NOT recommend Roto Rooter . They are overly priced and do NOT do a professional job ! They came dug the pipe from my clean out to my septic and put a rock under the 45 to solve my problem. This is maybe a temporary fix but not permanent and didn't even glue the pipes. The owner of the company called and told me charges are correct. Basically charged $300 an hour to dig a hole. He wasn't at all concern about how unhappy I was with lack of work the guy did.

I had a serious drain problem, and a broken spigot for an outside hose. In spite of 2 visits by another service, the problems just got worse. Dan came out to fix both-he was efficient, professional, and both were finally fixed! I'm a very happy customer!!!

Roto Rooter is a professional, honest plumbing service. Technician, Jesse, quickly identified the problem. Even showed me the problem on the camera device he was using. It was quickly fixed and he even offered tips on how to avoid future issues. Thanks for the excellent service, Roto Rooter!
