Roto router installed a new hot water heater on 1/20/2022. It quit working on 8/16/2022. they worked on it an said is was electronics and were able to fix it. On 12/31/2022 it failed again no lights. They worked on it has error code E02 needed a new thermostat; they didn't have. I ordered new thermostat under warranty; they installed 1/13/2023 got green light an let. They didn't check the heating coils. It heated up real slow I called AO technical and they said probably on the coils was bad. I called roto router again 1/15... read more
