zach was awesome. He knew exactly what to do and no problem since
Zach was the best! He told me what he was doing and explained how the plumbing in my house works - in a "language" that I could understand! And of course he fixed my plumbing issue, was extra careful to not create a mess and cleaned up so well - you wouldn't even know he was there! Thank you so much for great service at a great price!
Great service. Used them on rentals and my personal house. Always informative, kind, and knowledgeable. Made a bad situation good. Also very affordable, especially if needing them back again with in a week. Would continue to use them!

Two visits later within two weeks and the basements backed up on a Saturday night. Originally my wife was told the blockage was wipes and there was no warranty. We had no issues for a couple of days. Following Saturday evening another unnatural disaster in basement drain. A second call, with a different employee resulted in a " no problem found" with no actual work other than flushing the toilet and running a sink. Had a guy come over named zack. Seemed nice at first until he started whispering in my three year old ear. So how beautiful she was if she was just a few years older. He continued to be close with her every time I turned my back. I can't believe he would do that. It truly bothered my daughter enough we had to leave. He sure smelled like alcohol. I'd love you hear what will be done about this, as it doesn't need to be made public.
Fast and thorough job!
Zach came over this morning to unclog the drain in my basement. When Zach arrived he was concerned about my carpet, but I told him not to worry about it. This showed me that Zach was very serious about his job and strived to always delight his customers. Great and fast response! Called and they were at my home within a half hour and had my drain cleared in under a hour and cleaned up very nice!!! Thanks Roto rooter and Rudy!!!
