RecommendedRudy (Cedar Rapids) came out during a thunderstorm. We were his 7th or 8th emergency call that night. It was late and he had to be tired, but he didn't show it. He showed up with a smile on his face, and was pleasant and professional the entire visit. Rudy did a excellent job clearing our blocked sewer line and cleaned up his work area when he was done.
I’ll take this review down when something is done. Roto may not be racist but it’s employees are and until something is done I refuse to back down

Had a clogged kitchen drain, they cleaned the drain perfectly but broke the handle on the kitchen faucet when they flushed the drain after clearing the clog. I contacted them twice to let them know the concern and see if they had some small replacement part or something to easily fix it since I have no knowledge of plumbing. The first time I called the receptionist was combative and dismissive but said they would talk to the tech and call back. Very disappointed! If I could give them a 0 star I would!!! Had a service call to check for Orangeburg on a home I’m purchasing. Had to call to get the results of the service. Before I could get a copy of the report I paid for already, I had to call 3 times (actually speaking to a person), leave a voicemail, email and still had to go to the company before actually getting my report. Then I find out they had charged me an extra $200 at the authorization of no one I know! When asked they said they could contact the individual.... read more

Fast 5 star service for a great price
Called in the morning and Cody was here right after lunch. He was really polite and did a very professional job and even helped my husband put things back where they were before. It’s the first time in 25 years my husband has called for professional help with anything in the house and we were more than happy with the service and the price and the young man Cody who came to do the job. Yeah we would highly recommend this business
