Very caring. Both the staff and doctors.. Had an emergency situation, and called the emergency phone. They were at the door waiting on me when we got there.. They handled the situation as if it was their own pet... So thankful for their support...
Dr. Rothrock took wonderful care of my birds when I lived in Florida. I have not found anyone anywhere near her expertise and level of care. We miss you Dr. Rothrock!!
Dr. Rothrock has been an amazing veterinarian for my exotic pets. I would never take my exotics anywhere else. I have been going to My Pets for a few years now and have never been dissatisfied with Dr. Rothrock or any other veterinarians there. Dr. Rothrock and Dr. Dixon are my main exotic vets!!
