I am visiting from out of town and National Jewish order oxygen for me while I was here. The guy that delivered the oxygen was top notch, great service and trained on how to use the concentrator and switching the regulator ti a new tank. The issue, I needed to order more oxygen but the office was closed and no ability to leave a message. the BIGGER ISSUE, they only deliver to Denver on Mondays! (I was never told this) If you call on Mondays, it’s too late for delivery. I do not recommend this company at all.
I recently changed from another oxygen company to Rotech and I have got to say Thank You .your service and help is very greatly appreciated.Especially James Hernandez for his delivery and care for me. THANK YOU AGAIN
I have such a bad time every time I have to call them. The office staff seem outright hostile and extremely angry. I am going to ask my provider to literally send me outside of the San Luis valley because I've never had so much anger and resentment for what seems to be very basic questions. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
