Everytime I come in I stand by counter for at least 5-10 minutes before anyone comes to assist me. Staff walk back and forth ignoring me. Also it takes the staff forever to get correct order from doctor. Staff are unsure how to run equipment or unsure what the physician who ordered wants
I had a total knee replacement in Colorado Springs. I was sent home Saturday afternoon needing a liter of oxygen. The hospital sent 2 tanks to get me home. They called Rotech in Alamosa to have them set me up with a concentrator. 10 minutes after we arrived home, James Hernandez was here with the equipment to set me up. It was after office hours late at night and on a weekend, but he was so cheerful and friendly and very assuring that he didn’t mind being here. The lady's in the morning told me to come back at 4p right as it was closing.... look ive been in and out of the hospital all week. I don't want to feel like a burden when I need a device to breath better. The man was nicer then they were. I dont think i would go back for anything in the future.
