If I could give 0 stars I would. (I very much recommend leaving poor reviews as this is the ONLY way I have ever gotten any response from this company) It has been 4 weeks since I have started the process to try and get my essential supplies for my health condition. The most unprofessional I’ve ever worked with. Still waiting on c pap equipment after a month of doctor saying I have to have this. Doctors office says all forms have been sent, Rotect says they have not received. I have to believe the doctors after reading reviews on Rotect. Someone has definitely dropped the ball !😠😠
Crapy customer service, can't understand them, you can tell they are reading a script and If they can't help you they just tell you that we will reach out to you 3 -4 days and hangs up.
A very frustrating company to work with. Their tech stack feels like it's from the 90s. I wouldn't be surprised if they are at risk of a data breach. Wish I had looked at a review before picking them as my provider.
Very slow so far this place sucks.
