Here we go again with Rotech I went through testing to get a portable oxygen machine through Aetna insurance somehow I got sent to Rotech where it seems like one hand does not what the other is doing. The bottom line is they told me they did not get the facts and information from my doctor when I’m sure my doctor sent it. Rotech...buyer beware. The customer service at the local Rotech is fine. The billing department in "Florida" is not well educated in insurance billing practices. The only bill to successfully be processed was the 1st bill. April, May, June and July were submitted late to the insurance company and then misprocessed. The company hyperinflated the insurance coverage amount so that it did not match the E O B. They are totally a pain when you need new hoses or supplies you call and they say they will return your call but they never do you have to call five or six times just to talk and get someone to give you oxygen hoses. The equipment we have is old and has been replaced three times in one year at best. This is not even worth one star.

With this being a health care company they should consider there drivers a little better and employees they allow to drive! There driver wrecklessly went threw a intersection without checking for traffic after a stop in a HIGH child and elderly neighborhood. Very sad ultimately this damaged a older lady’s vehicle luckily she seemed ok. However when driving for a company you are held to a high standard and are a rolling billboard!
