Trellany is a delight. She was very kind to me on the phone and in person. Brooke was also nice to me and she was very knowledgeable of her job. I usually need someone to explain things to me several times but the way she explained it I was able to memorize what she said. CPAP machines are A LOT...ahhh but thanks for explaining everything so well. Way to go Trellany and Brooke!!! :)
