Unbelievable! Was at Nissan last month and had a terrible experience with the rudest most pushy person I ever met. I hadn't even decided on a car and he kept trying to get me inside to look at numbers on a car I hadn't even drove yet. Will I got frustrated and left. He called me every day for two weeks. So Saturday I went to Roswell Toyota and WTF. He was there. So obviously he can't hold a job and bounces around. Not a professional person I would trust with my information. I just recently leased a 2015 RAV 4 from Roswell Toyota. I had an excellent experience with every aspect of the sale! Johnny and Jeff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I got a fair trade value for my vehicle, and they worked hard to get me payments that I can afford. And in the month I have been driving my new RAV 4, it has been the best vehicle I have ever had. The staff at Roswell Toyota is amazing! We are military and move all around the country but always come back for the easy, non intimidating purchasing experience. Buying a car can be overwhelming but I've only had positive experiences with Roswell Toyota. I've even sent neighbors and friends to them even though we currently live 200 miles away and they've chosen to purchase from Roswell Toyota instead of staying local because of the great customer service.
