Keep cars safe when entrusted to you for repair. Do not return car with damage not there when brought in and then give excuses or not return calls. Shame on you!!
They have all been very disrespectful..They have did nothing but give me run around after my car is getting fixed with them and can’t even give me a rental after my ins was paying for it they want to charge $300 on top forget that when ever where else you pay $50 or $60 deposit really I’m so done with Toyota I’m ready to trade my car forget them they don’t work with you money hungry people after you have all this in’s to pay for your car to be taken care of really 🤬🤬🤬🤬
The “manager” is super disrespectful, dramatic, and over exaggerated what he could’ve politely told me. I left in tears because of the way he talked to me. As a manager you would think they know how to talk to customers and treat them. I will never visit this dealership again.
I incorrectly posted a negative review about this dealership that was intended for the Roswell Toyota in Roswell, Ga. I have deleted that negative post but wanted to acknowledge the mistake, in case anyone saw that incorrect post. I apologize for the mistake.

The last event Toyota had I stopped in as they had a used car I was interested in. Lloyd, financial manager approached me to help find the vehicle but it had sold. Immediately, he found me a newer vehicle around the same price. Well, before I left, I won a TV and had 2018 vehicle in my driveway.
