Frank helped me out from the beginning. Not once did he sound or seem irritated from all my questions. I bugged him for about a week or two. Hahaha. He stayed late and waited for me to get to Roswell, plus he had everything ready for me once I arrived. The next day he brought me the car to Carlsbad. We love it!! Great experience buying a used Tacoma from Nalley Toyota last Friday. They did everything they could to meet my needs and it was enjoyable in the buying process. Experienced my battery going dead yesterday and today, I called Nicole and she told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. That's service without all the stress. I have bought 3 vehicles at Roswell Toyota. I will never go anywhere else. I bought two of them from Tiffany. She goes above and beyond to get you in the car you want. The finance team, does the same. Tiffany is awesome, go in and see her. I am so pleased with my Toyota Rav 4.

really awful experience. was told one thing and ended up with extra $850 bill because they did not do wat they said. was treated very awesome while purchasing but afterwards when the bill came I was treated horrible. will never ever do business with them again
