HSA Home Warranty called Greg to repair our faulty hot water heater. Since he was the second plumber in 2 days sent to my home by HSA, I asked him about the 1st plumber's diagnoses -- that my swimming pool, a "silently running toilet"(?), or a low operating temp (that had NEVER been changed) might be causing us to run out of hot water.
