USE TO LOVE THIS PLACE!! Been a customer from when they use to send out catalogs !! So excited when mine came in the mail!! Than thrilled when their website came out also!! I keep getting Facebook ads for this company. They are very misleading ads. The coupon codes do not work to get an additional % off. The prices posted are advertised prices. Why would you need the coupon code if you don’t take additional savings. I can do better with other vendors. Please stop ur misleading ads.

Wonderful first visit to Ross-Simons Jewelry Store today in Warwick RI. Went with my mom to find a perfect gold necklace. First one she tried on and she loved it! The trip was made to be! Jennifer the sales clerk was wonderful and helped us find just what we were looking for! Thanks so much for such a pleasant visit!
I have been a customer for years, happily purchasing thousands of dollars of merchandise. Unfortunately, the quality is deteriorating and the warranty too short. I have had six necklaces and one bracelet break. Most were gold or pearls - not cosmetic jewelry. I tried to follow RS's directions to return the first three bracelets and they got lost.
