Used to go to the old location alot an been to the new one an the service is slow n time for food to come out is outragous.40 min wait on food. Quality of food is dramiticaly dropped off. Been back a few diff times hoing it would be better an actually believe its gotten worse. Will pro never be back agian. An pro will never recommend this place.
Very disappointed tonight. Came early for euchre and the food couldn't come out in time. So we canceled the order. Played euchre and were going to stay and eat afterward. First off adam is an incredible young man who always does a fantastic job and was good tonight as well. Adam had to leave and Morgan took over. That's when the real trouble stated. So much food. Grade A from this carload of breakfast enthusiasts. Split the Cockadoodledoo Mountain with another unless you're and East German volleyball player, especially if you get a cinnamon roll to share for the table. The table of 4 was too small for this yeast beast.

Sadly, I cannot review the food at Ross' restaurants. My mom and I traveled to Moline for a concert this weekend. Anytime I'm in a new city, I always like to try out a new restaurant that we don't have in Kansas City. Our concert got out late, and my mother and I were both starving. I did a quick google search for restaurants open late, and Ross' restaurant seemed to be exactly what we were looking for, and it was less than 10 mins from our hotel. The food was good, our service was horrible! Our waitress took 20 minutes to bring us our drink because she went out for a smoke after taking our drink order. After we ordered our food my brother asked for a refill and she rolled her eyes at him and kept giving us attitude and dirty looks all because he wanted a refill. She was so rude our family won't be back until she is gone.

Get in the door and it was trivia night.. music they played was so lound I couldn't hear my girlfriend talk. Server gets to our table and hands us the menus, and right away asked what we want. Didn't ask what we would like to drink. She then says I'll come back, I stopped her and said I'll take a drink. Well she gets our drinks. With music still loud from the back room.
