Went in looking to have a Veggie burger and found staff waiting to help us as soon as we got in the door. Food and service was excelkent.
Nice place. We had great service. The prices seem higher than what I remember from their previous location. But it has been quite a few years since I was last there. While waiting to be seated. We were amazed at how good some of the plates look. Definitely makes you want to return to try other items... even if a few items seem over priced. Well worth checking out.
Disappointed they got rid of the majority of the vegetarian options. My dinner was just okay. Pretty expensive for what I got. This used to be one of my favorite places. We would go at least once a week. Probably will not return again.
Really has gone down hill since they moved. It was always great in the old place. Today walking in, got seated and ordered right away. Took forever to get food. Only about four tables in the whole place. When food came, the server apologised that the food took so long but said that there were five mountains ordered just before mine was placed. We were very disappointed with the new evening menu. It was very limited. No breakfast menu, as I thought Ross' served breakfast all day, and not even burger choices on the menu. The brownie ice cream dessert no longer exists. I ended up settling for something off of the menu that I didn't really want. We were very surprised to see that it was 6pm on Saturday evening and the restaurant was completely barren except for two couples. The new menu might explain that. **! Updated due to manager response*** Food, tasty. Prices, high. Service, horrible. Two full tables in the whole place and that should have been the first warning. Walked in, stood by the sign that says please wait to be seated for five+ minutes while the only employee in sight proceeded to continue to chat with her customers instead of letting us know she'd be with us soon. Sat down, drinks came right away from the hostess, but the server took a while to get there. Food came quick and was pretty good, nothing to rant about... read more
