Was pretty excited to see the words ‘Poutine Mountain’. Was greatly disappointed when it came out lukewarm after waiting way too long (I assume either the waitress forgot to put in the order or one of the cooks forgot something). I would give it another chance, mostly on principal though, not because anything made me want to return.
Liver and onions was burnt so bad you couldn’t eat it. Also the breaded tenderloin was way over cooked, not good at all. Lunch cost us $29 and the food was left on the table. When we told them the food was burnt all we got was s sorry, no offer for a discount.
A rossburger bowl of chili and a Pepsi $15 enough said
If i could leave less than a star I would. Horrible service we waited 30 minutes to order our food then multiple tables got food before we did. Then we tried to pay and leave, after letting our server know because of how long it took, we were in a hurry. They are inconsiderate and rude. Don't go there if you can avoid it. Plus everything is way overpriced.

Our daughter lives in Bettendorf and we came out for a visit. The food was very delicious and we had a great time.
Absolutely delicious! We are new to the area and tried Ross' for the first time today. We will definitely be coming back! Awesome chicken & waffles, burgers and eggs Benedict! And can I gush about the giant cinnamon roll for a second? Amazing! Thanks for a great experience!
Great food, serves and nice place. Will be back to eat again.
