Great service. Great food. Homemade...always the best & better FOR you!
This is our favorite family restaurant and has been for over 25 years. We love the new location, new additions to the menu along with our favorites from the past. Melissa, Ron and Cynthia, you did a great job. Thank you for staying in Bettendorf!
Had 13. Pancakes eggs and hash browns not warm. They nuked them Said lamp didn't work. Not too memorable. Kd

Great food. Great service. We had 8 without a reservation and they accommodated us promptly. Took our drink orders. Delivered drinks and took our order quickly. Food was delivered and we were checked on a few times. After a bit the bill was issued. The place is very clean. Prices are very reasonable. Great decor with old photos.

Went last night with a group of 8 in my family. Sat us in the very back which was ok but food took over 45 minutes to get to us and prices are wayyyyyyyyy too high for low quality of food. As we were eating a worker decided that they were going to take a smoke break and proceeded to open a door right down the hallway where we were eating (close to the restrooms). Hello David, I would like to apologize on behalf of all of us at Ross' about your experience last Sunday. I agree that the amount of time it took for your food to arrive was completely unreasonable. Since then, we are scheduling more staff at shift change. That afternoon we had someone call in and there was a communication breakdown in not covering that shift. Why eat at a chain restaurant with blah food when you can better support the local economy and eat freshly prepared food served by pleasant, skilled servers? I just love this place--wonderful service, excellent food, many of the ingredients are from local, small farms. I didn't think the new location would have the charm of the old one, but it does.
