We had a very good lunch from here. I had the BBQ Magic Mountain, very tasty and the sweet potato fries were a good inclusion. The other people in our group had chicken fried steak and pork tenderloin. We all sampled each others food and all agreed everything was appetizing. I was disappointed that even though we are in Strawberry season, the strawberries, on what was a nice tasting shortcake, looked and tasted like they were from a package of frozen berries. Not a deal killer, but this time of year fresh are more appetizing... read more

Went there for the first time today. Very good food. Friendly staff. Loved that there was somebody asking about the food and service as we were leaving. Would definitely go again!

Ross' is absolutely the BEST diner in the Quad Cities and among the top 5 in America. A family run business with exceptional service and a menu that is large and diverse, this diner is truly a gem of the Midwest. The food is outstanding, truly outstanding. Whether you live in the Quad Cities or just passing through, Ross' has to be at the top of your list for quality dining.

Locally owned, Ross' has been a staple for me since my 20's. Originally located under the I-74 Bridge, they were recently forced to move uptown to make way for the new bridge. I was a little worried about the transition because, like most of us in the QCA, we are attached to our landmarks. Ross' not only moved, they improved from a downtown dive to an uptown vibe with an extensive menu that includes Gluten Free options. Cowboy Tacos anyone?

Good food, Good service, and Good Music! One of the owners even walked around and stopped over to make sure we were having a good time. Apparently they've moved away from their original location to their current one just off of east 53rd street on falcon ave. the new location has a great layout and and some pretty decent accoustics. I tackled the "magic Mountain" and won. I replaced the ground beef with the pulled pork from the BBQ Mountain" it was totally worth it! Will definitely be back to Ross's next time we are in town.
