It was beyond horrible. Poor service and a hostile wait staff. The owner came around with coffee begging for a positive review. Finally decided to go, after 2 hours of waiting for our meals, paid for our drinks. The owner harassed us at the counter, crying that she can't afford another loss. Today we took my father-in-law here for the first time. We had arrived at 11:20 thinking we would beat the church crowd. We were wrong, you guys were busy. We were sat after 25 min or so. We waited had 2 cups of coffee each while we waited for our food and then we noticed the time. We had a school event to be at by 1pm. It was 12:20 and we had not received our food. The breakfast burrito is awesome...but the cost for 2 of them, 2 drinks and a cinnamon roll was $36.11 not including tip. I'm sorry that price is WAY to high for breakfast.
Just sat at Ross' for an hour. It took 20 mins to get waited on. After an hour, still no food. Needless to say we left!! They had a party going on in the party room and apparently that took priority over the rest of the restaurant! They're were two couples who were there and ordered before we even got there. They just got their food right before we left. So they waited well over an hour. People sitting in booths who we counted had been there at least 20 mins or more, still not waited on. THE best place hands down!! All the Mountains are hearty and very tasty!
Food isnt as good since moving to the new location. The service is terrible. Never used to have to wait long for food and servers were always on their game at the old location.
My absolute favorite place to eat ever! I love the food and the atmosphere and the servers and management are always so great! I love bringing my friends here, and it's such a nice place to go at any time of the day.
