The staff was fine & we were waited on in a timely manner our food was hot when we got it but there was a handful of people there. We had the catfish it was way too salty & greasy don't think it drained any. if all the food has this much salt we won't be back. The people that love salt can add it at the table but its not that easy to take off. The food is amazing! Wait staff are always friendly and prompt. We have never had an order mixed up. Food is always fresh and not a long wait either!!! If I could score higher than 5 I would in a heartbeat!!
Our family is thankful for the folks at Ross', where we ate Thanksgiving dinner this past week. It was the first holiday dinner for us since our father passed away, but the staff at Ross' were very kind and upbeat, making conversation and explaining the delicious menu. The kindness and tasty food helped make a difficult day much better. - Chris Jackson

Have been coming here for YEARS to both locations. It is a great family owned restaurant, the entire staff is friendly and all of the food I've ordered has been delicious, especially their breakfast mountains!
Before this experience I would have probably givin at least 3 stars but after meeting the owner and seeing how she treats her staff and how unprofessional she is I don't think I'll go back. The lady is a complete nut job and after yelling at her employees right in front of me and all the other customers and telling me that next time I order my magic mountain with shredded cheese that I should expect to pay alot more and goes on and on then after all of that tries to get me to apply there lmfao no freaking thank you!!! We had great service. And are meal was AWSOME. The server offered suggestions and kept are drinks filled. We then took their cinnamon rolls home and they were great the next day.�
