When someone is hired under certain circumstances shouldn’t that be the drivers contract? I would think so. So why would one be fired because the big wigs up in the office (that get to be with their families on the weekend) told said driver that he had to work Saturday. When the drive told them the agreement he was hired under that did not require him to work weekends, they told him to come to the lot and clean out the truck. And you wonder why you don’t have drivers. If anyone is looking for employment use Wiley Sanders.
My boyfriend just went to work for this company. They have been great. We had a hiccup with the load and the CEO called and apologized for something that wasn't even his fault. I've met the CEO and the 90 yr old owner of this company. They are truly open door policy. They also just said no if something was not possible, instead of blowing smoke up your skirt, rare now a days. The other truck companies he worked for wouldn't have cared at all if he got stuck. These guys truly care about their drivers it is amazing.
