This continues to be my top choice for all my skin care needs. From Botox to chemical peels to the amazing hair removal Dr. Ross and her staff are amazing!! And they really know what they are doing. They provide exceptional service, obviously well trained and educated. Very much the top in their fields. I wouldn't go anywhere else in San Antonio. Thanks again Dr. Ross and staff!!!

Made app with the Dr and when it was time for me to go that day the Dr wasn't even there.I had to see someone else.It was understood when I made the appointment I would be seeing Dr . Kim Ross.
All I have to say is there really good at what they do.
Can't say enough about this intelligent very friendly physician Highly recommend to everyone!!!
Dr. Ross is great, however, her staff is another thing. They are rude, inconsiderate, and completely unaccountable for their errors. We are all human and make mistakes,and there is nothing wrong with that. But, own it, do not make the patient suffer. Unfortunately, we will be finding a new dermatologist after this appointment. Booking all appointments at the same time then making people wait? Our time is valuable also. :(
