My husband has been using Dr Ross for many years, and it is sad that she has no clue how the office is being ran. He had a Followup issue he had been seeing Dr Ross for and got the PA for some reason, so the PA did another skin culture to see if his staph infection has went away...... this was on Aug 27th. Here it is 9/13 and we know he still has staph because we saw the results on Quest Lab portal. We have called 4 times to see what antibiotic is needed and have not been contacted. 1 to 2 hour wait each time! Never resolved my itchy rash problem. Staff kept referring me to a NP. After 4 visits l have a large scar from Biopsy NP did which has not healed after 4 months. I called for results staff seemed unable to identify or care on results. Very unprofessional. They seem intent on selling creams etc.! Would avoid this place.
Haven't actually met Dr. Ross, but my experience with their office and staff has been extremely subpar. They have the worst hours and are hardly ever available. You will constantly get put on hold for extended periods of time when you call, passed off to another office, and then hung up on. They rarely return your call. Seems like patient care and customer service is of less value if you aren't there to get any of their cosmetic procedures or treatments. I will never recommend anyone to them. Dr. Kim has been my doctor for four years and has given me excellent skin care. My needs have been medical health ones, including vaccine shots for allergies and removal of skin cancer, and I have always been quite pleased with her and her staff's care of me. Besides that, she and everyone are so friendly!
I had the absolute best experience at Dr.Ross's office. She is the most personable Doctor? and really takes the time to get to know her patients. Above all of that, my skin has been the healthiest it has ever been! 100% recommend Dr. Ross!
