Dr. Ross is very understanding. Takes the time to see what my concerns are . Very nice staff.

Great visit Dr Kim Ross always takes her time with each patient
Ive been calling once a week for 4 weeks now and have not received a return call from anyone at Dr. Ross's office. None of the prescriptions prescribed were covered by my insurance so I contine to wait.
I waited for over 45 minutes today. I took off of work to see Dr. Davis and was never seen. Front desk staff was as nice as could be, but I would recommend patients call before their appointments to make sure they are running on time before they arrive. My mistake on that. Big disappointment. They refunded my co-pay. I say again, call before your appointment.

Zero. I had first appointment of the day only to have a waiting room patients waiting to see Dr. Ross. I was told o was 5th in line. What? I walked. Pitiful training of office professionalism. Never met doctor and ,now, never will.

Sir, you were informed that the doctor had a flat tire and had just arrived. We were sorry that you came in and stormed out slamming the door. The rest of the patients kindly asked if Dr Ross was ok. If you were in a hurry, I'm sure our wonderful patients would have understood. Perhaps this isn't the office for you.
I was not happy with my service with Dr. Ross. I waited for a little over an hour in the waiting room. Then when I did see Dr. Ross she took some sampling and I thought she would be back to talk to me more about my issues but her nurse was the only one. Never could get the prescription filled and dealt with the office staff for 4 weeks and still not filled.
