I absolutely love the work ileana did on my hair in Sept !! (Highlights and haircut) -- My hair was a mess, she not only made it beautiful with the color but she cut it EXACTLY the way I wanted. Showed her a few previous pics and she worked her magic !! -- THANK YOU ILEANA ♥ you made me look fabulous for my birthday !!
I'm never disappointed when I leave Ross Hair Salon. Blanca is amazing and I will never let anyone else color or cut my hair. She is "Awesome" at what she does..Thanks Blanca for my new look..LOVE IT!!

Andrea did a good job with my hair style and color but it took greater than 3 hours and I felt like I was making a house payment when checking out at the register - most expensive haircut/color I've EVER had! Furthermore, I called back to ask Andrea a question and was abruptly informed by EVA the owner, that no one by that name worked there... guess she didn't like my mispronunciation of Andrea's name... shame on me for that; shame on YOU for talking so rudely to a customer.
