I have been getting my hair highlighted, colored, and cut at Ross Hair Salon for over 6 years. Ileana has always been my Hairdresser and always knows what I'm looking for.. The colors, the style, etc. The salon is very cozy and everyone is easy going and down to earth.
My scalp burns because they messed up my hair and had to fix it so many chemicals all at once , i had a horrible experience !
I love this salon, Stephanie is a hair color genius!I wanted to go blonde and she made it happen. I highly recommend this salon!
Worst salon experience ever! I was left looking like I did my own hair with box color when I paid a professional to do it. Had to go back twice after and it still was not corrected. First off I did not get what I originally wanted(even having a pic of what I wanted), then the ombre was not blended correctly so it jumps from brown to blonde and you can CLEARLY see a line!
