We arrived about 15 minutes early for our appointment, and they took us to the exam rooms immediately, no waiting. The cleaning and exam work went very well, friendly and professional people. Dr. Ross came in and finished up the exam, as he always does. We have been going to Ross & Fredrickson Dental for about 12 years and have always had a good experience with their quality staff.
I just want to say that I have been in many dentists doctors in my life, in many cities and states, but this bunch of professionals are the best ever, they are very pleasant and knowledgeable and very nice people. I see them with a smile while they are talking with the patients
Had an emergency appointment due to pain and my issue was quickly diagnosed and addressed. As a new patient, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleased to be treated by an honest and competent professional.
I had a wonderful experience from the moment I arrived. Great all around. Very kind, informative and above and beyond customer service. Everyone was so kind to me.
I have nothing but good things to say about Ross and Frederickson...from the time that I am greeted upon entry to walking out the door after procedures....friendliness, professionalism and even observing how well the staff gets along. Good people.

I thought I had a tooth ache but turned out to be a gum problem. I was given proxy brush with instructions on their use.
This office is run the most smoothly I have seen ! The care was superb and the friendliness outstanding. I highly recommend this practice and if you go you will come out with a huge smile!
