Had my eyes examined someplace else last Saturday and got acute angle glaucoma and ended up in ECMC ER. Was told to call REI first thing @8:30 to see Dr. Sieminski. I was told she was "the best" glaucoma specialist in the area. Tried at 8:30 Monday as told. Got machine. lm. no call back. Called later got a very curt receptionist. Told Dr. was in surgey all day. While they might be a little slow, I was kept in the hospital for an infection in my eye that would make me blind if not treated daily. The whole week I was in the hospital They came to me every single day to make sure my eye was not getting worse! I am in the process of healing but they are very thorough and they have a lot of knowledge.

We'll I made sure to read there whole website since they are seeing my 7 year old daughter. If you look on there website. you will see they mention sitting time between seeing the specialist's is between 1.5 hours and 3 hours. So for the few negitive reviews they are not lying or keeping anybody longer then that time!!. I would do your research before going to any business, medical or otherwise!!!. There was even a mix up on the building we had to go to, they were very nice and professional and we loved them with our 7 year ... read more

My first app. with the Ross eye institute was horrible. Arrived 15 min. early and had to wait over 2 hours in the waiting room. After a 10 min. Exam by doctor I now have a twitch in my right eye. Absolutely horrible place, I will never go back!

I really appreciated how thorough my exam was and the careful follow-up. Dr. Selvadurai was great. She put my concerns to rest.
