Very hard to make appointment and not good at returning calls. I've been going here for years because Dr's are good but you shouldn't have to wait so long for appointment ..
Well well well.... I went for my very FIRST visit yesterday!! They was NICE! Funny.. Talkative... And very FRIENDLY! ��.... Very Gentle with my eyes... Gave me what I needed with my eyes, and even Gave me a cupcake ��it had sprinkles on it hehehehe. ���..... And they gave me instructions on how to care for my eye! & I even got my papers so I can give it directly to my regular eye doctor when I see them on the 25th for my yearly eye examination ... If your experience was bad, I am sorry please give these guys another chance..... read more
Great service. I was empressed with how quickly I was attended to. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. All of them including the doctor I saw, explained everything to me in clear terms. I was relieved when leaving there that my eye condition will be taken care of by some very professional people. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of one little thing. I had a wait time at the Buffalo office for four hours. My appointment was at 12:05 and I left the building at 4:00. Yes it was an emergency appointment because of a plug that dr Everet put in but still. I waited at the Orchard Park office for two hours each of my two visits. Very unhappy with the doctors and my wait time. Will never go back.
I am very satisfied with what they have done for me. By treating infection in my eye. Them treating my eye has kept me from losing my eye. Once infection is gone from eye. I want to have them replace the lens that was put in and also do my right eye cataract surgery when my left eye is healed.
Yesterday was my first appt. at Ross Eye Institute. I was very satisfied. My wait time was not long at all. The staff there is very compassionate and thorough.
This is a teaching facility. There is top notch care and follow up. They caught my husband's melanoma quickly and early.
I mostly like that it is a teaching facility. They people there are usually very nice to my son and myself!!
