Absolutely amazing!!! I was so happy with the care I received in sept 2017 that I switched my whole family over!!! Very Thorough in their work
My mothers normal eye doctor takes a while but is great! So we expect an up to 2 hour wait. So we plan for that, this time I had to take her to the orchard park office for a cataracts consultation..... 3 hours and it’s obviously a standard time people need to wait. This is a ridiculous time. They need to learn to give a better time frame for the appt because you can’t choose the time for this particular appt apparently. The doctor was rather rude and
Doctor Reynold's did my daughters surgery and he is awesome. Took the time to explain everything and he really cares about his patients. The wait time sometimes is long but I'd rather wait a while to be seen and have great results than to be seen right away and service be awful!
They were fast but extremely thorough. My little guy felt comfortable the whole time!
