i have been a patient of the ross center since may 2016....i love this place... great doctors
Was referred to Ross eye institute by ECMC ER....symptoms became worse Sunday. Called on call at Ross and they refused to speak to me because I wasn't a patient....yet....Went back to ER was told to follow up took me 10 days of them bouncing me from office to office to get an appointment only for them to leave me a voicemail that the doctor is sick and they rescheduled me for the next day...which I couldn't do...nice of them to ask first...now they want me to drive to Orchard Park...but I'm trying to be seen because I can't ... read more
Called for an emergency this morning ( red crusty burning itchy eyes) and was told they don't do emergency appointments and I would have to wait over 2 weeks to get an appointment. I think that's totally unacceptable and will be finding a new doctor
really loved everything they did and explained to me. Thank you all for understanding and showing me new and better ways to get my eyes examined.
I love this place dr Reynolds is so good with the kids. My son really likes it here.
Friendly professional staff and amazing surgeons!!
Dr pihlblad is great. However, the office is run terribly. Surgical scheduling, a joke. You wonder who manages this office. Calling to voice dissatisfaction, and leaving a respectful voicemail, do you think you would receive a call back? No. Obviously they care little for patient satisfaction.
