My dad bought me a ring just before he passed away. He passed away 18 years ago, I wore the ring daily never took it off. The ring had been through a lot. I just need to say that I was really impressed with the service I received at Ross Elliott Jewelers yesterday. I took a ring in to have it repaired and I only spent $32 yet I was treated the same as someone spending thousands. I know this is the way it should be everywhere but it’s not anymore. Just didn’t expect to be treated so kindly.
We purchased our wedding rings and my engagement ring from Charlie. We just took my ring in for cleaning/maintenance and Charlie is amazing as always. Everything here is high quality! Worth the visit and funds.
After years of being a Kays customer and having many many problems with their jewelry. I took my wedding set “from kays” and had Ross Elliots do some work on the piece. I also had work done on another piece of jewelry and their work is incredible! I could not be happier. They have gained me and my husband as a customer from now on! Wonderful, wonderful, customer service!
Becky was extremely helpful and courteous, its nice to deal with a local company who care about customer service.
