I brought my ring in for a second the because it was sized wrong. I did not purchase my ring here but was able to ship it to Levian where it was purchased. Ross Elliot already had a copy of my life time warranty for my ring. I brought my ring in the begining of October and still have not gotten it back! it's excuse after excuse from Ross Elliot on why they do not have it. first they told me they never had a copy of my warranty so they couldn't send it, then they said Levian didn't have a copy when I know they both do because... read more

I buy all my jewelry from Ross Elliott Jewelers. They treat you like family.
My husband got my wedding set from them and every time I go in to have my routine cleaning, they have so much respect and always friendly.
I felt the staff were very condescending and dismissive with my questions and concerns. When I picked up my ring, I asked about a large gap between the bands that now exists that did not prior to their working on it. The sales associate’s response to me was ‘yes, that’s unfortunate’.
