RE's policy is that your ring is protected as long as you've had it cleaned/settings checked in the last 6 months. I had one of my small diamonds go missing from my wedding band last week. They said that it hadn't been since January (and a little over 6 mos.), but it shouldn't be a big deal and they'd replace it for no charge. It was done within the week. They could have chosen to make more money off of me, but instead went above and beyond. And they are so nice!
I bought a diamond ring at Ross Elliott but after many years my fingers became crippled. I took it in and Lee Black my jewelry for many years, was so kind to help me trade it in on a Hearts On Fire pendant I will be abe to wear for many years to come! It is so beautiful and it will put your eye out!
