Everyone is very nice and caring. I appreciate that although I had a late appointment and my dental work was somewhat complicated Dr Shelden explained what was going on and did a very good job. Thank you all!

I found this environment very unprofessional; almost sales-like pushy, unlike any dentist office I'd been to before. I don't doubt that Dr. Shelden is properly educated and knows what he's doing, but he appears to be more motivated by my bank account than fixing my mouth. After a second opinion elsewhere, I confirmed that some of the more costly work recommended to me was unnecessary.
My family and I have been going to Dr. Shelden for over 25 years. We are very happy with his service. He has an eye for detail that not many dentists have. His dental work is exceptional. As a result we have not had a need for any extentensive dental care, just routine dental care.
Dr. Shelden is a dentist I have been using for more than 17 years. I went to him because I work with a movie studio and some of the celebrities we filmed recommended him. Also I like the fact that he has a background as a deist in the Air Force. Dr. Shelden made me feel comfortable and treated me like a friend instead of a patient. He has that way about him. Dr. Sheldon put multiple crowns and a bridge in my mouth. The crowns have failed (one literally broke in half) and the bridge is also not only failing, but it was put over a tooth that still had decay in it. The end result is the decay continued to spread underneath the crown, to the point where the tooth cannot be saved. As mentioned before, the bridge is failing also as the porcelain is chipping away.
